Dear friends this year for holiday ended.
I came back in Italy now for about twenty days. It was a long tour that took us on the streets of California, through Nevada, until you get to San Diego. The first stop was San Francisco, and Yosemite Park, Death Valley, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego. After a couple of days here I greeted Aeneas, who was leaving after a few days at a time in Oklahoma where he is still, to spend the weekend in New York.
What, spectacular trip, with 3,200 kilometers traveled by car, from the sea to the desert, the typical fog of San Francisco, to 42 degrees in Las Vegas, then Los Angeles and Hollywood, Beverly Hills and all the most famous beaches and finally New York, now our second home.

I'm here to tell you in the most recent events.
This week we have been key players in the weekend tournament Beer & Basketball, and Thursday evening we were at the Biblioteca Panizzi in Reggio Emilia for the cultural encounter "Local / Global - at dusk."
Needless to say, the basketball tournament, helped by good weather and the scorching heat, it was full of fun (and beer), with many of the best basketball players Reggio present. We gave a short presentation of our book, including the general curiosity. Here you can find more information and photos about the tournament. We want to thank again the organizers Cadonici Roberto, Alex and Simon Davolio Castagnaro for kindly invited and for the great success of the whole event.
Also Thursday night it was really a wonderful meeting, in the magnificent setting of the inner garden of the Panizzi Library. Among other things, was our official debut in a cultural event organized by our municipality. They were also present at the authors Pier Francesco Grasselli (I downloaded Miss Italy), Renato Ceres (Parrokkia progressive), Alessandro Bassi and Andrea Friggeri (Nueter forever), Ivano Bariani (the precursor), Marco Truzzi (Cafe Telaviv Hall) and two authors, journal discharged in forms "(Aliberti Editore), all coordinated by Giuseppe Caliceti. What we have in common with other authors is that the adventure recounted in our writings are held following one another in our Reggio Emilia. Everyone has read an excerpt from his book piece, then it was an opportunity to discuss the Italian literary scene, reaching issues related to our city and to be young today in Reggio Emilia. It really was a wonderful evening. We thank Joseph Caliceti

Now, however, is on vacation and, as usual also well for some years, I Enea, and we'll go back to America. This year we will be on the West Coast, California, for a long tour that will take us from San Francisco to get to San Diego, passing by the Yosemite Park, Death Valley Park Las Vegas and Los Angeles. At the end of the tour I will stay two days in New York before returning, while Aeneas staying a couple of months for an internship at Oklahoma University. A

We are invited to attend the annual basketball tournament "Beer & Basketball" to be held at the playground of gym Castelnuovo Sotto (Reggio Emilia) in the days of Saturday 21 and Sunday, June 22.
Tournament now in its second edition, like every year the climate of joy and laughter, including a basketball game and a beer, are assured. We will have our own
special stand with banners and copies of "One Life to prick."

Presentation Library All'Arco

Finally there was the long awaited presentation. We have tried to organize all the best, even to make the participants more involved. It was a very pleasant meeting with the public, all coordinated by the journalist-blogger humorously Cyrus Piccinini.
would like to thank all those present, the library All'Arco that has made available its splendid local and local newspapers that gave space to the event.

After all many of these have made us the company for an aperitif before the "Mexican" and to "tell me", in the splendid Piazza Fontanesi.
Thanks again to everyone.
In the evening we were also guests of the author, who was also cheese and our friend, Pier Francesco Grasselli who presented his third book, "I downloaded Miss Italy" to the disco "Patio" of Rubiera. It was a fantastic evening, one of the many stages of the tour presentation, which saw Pier Francesco guest in the most exclusive in Italy. A big thanks to him.

Here we are, back from the big night last night.
First I want to thank everybody for this night which sealed our public debut. Thanks then to the Maffia club, the entire staff of Poker Room and a special thanks to Mr. Paris (always the music sounds fantastic!)
Also present was the most likeable Filippo Nardi which proved a real surprise for its quality DJ! Really very good and great music that has developed. A big thank you to all our friends for their encouragement and participation.
E 'was really an excellent debut, and many boys were particularly interested in our book "One Life to prick" filled with questions and congratulating us authors. We were really pleased your enthusiasm and interest it has aroused in you the book! So I would say that the event has even gone beyond all expectations!

first public event! Finally

Dear friends, is now spent just over a month after the publication of "One Life to prick", our first book that gives us access to the publishing world, and we officially christen as writers in all respects. Obviously it is not easy to follow sales trends, but as far as we could see here in our Reggio Emilia we're certainly very pleased and enthusiastic about the results so far obtained. Stay tuned with love and told the prick to your friends to have spread even wider!
There is finally something new, that is our first public appearance! It will not be a presentation to all intents and purposes, but simply an opportunity to meet and to thank those who have already read the book and maybe, why not, to entice some new readers. The event will be held Friday, March 7 at the Circolo Arci Maffia Reggio Emilia, viale Ramazzini 33. We will have our own special space with some choreography. A nice thing in fact.
