Since it is a bit 'of time that public embroidery (I'm always struggling with the sampler for my niece), I decided to post a expresses did yesterday afternoon.
At home, when there is no school, there's always the "problem" of snack for little children that every 3x2 asking for something different ... and then yesterday I wandered a bit 'on the net and I found a really easy recipe for muffins. I had everything at home and in a short time I pulled out these :
Needless to say, between yesterday pomerggio - dinner and breakfast This morning, the muffins are not left even the crumbs. I am posting my recipe here, as usual, I have a little 'different from that found in the network.
- 350 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 80 g of vegetable margarine
- 230 ml of milk

1 egg - 200 g of apple sauce
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon (scant) yeast
- a pinch of salt (which never fails in my sweet)
I put in a bowl the milk, ' egg, mousse, lemon juice and margarine at room temperature.
I mixed it all and when it was amalgamated for good I added the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
This has created a very soft dough which I then poured into muffin tins (my muffin mold is a bit 'heavy), taking care to fill the mold only for a little more than half.
Then off in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
After doing the photos, my husband came to her that there was a glaze bad ...... so we iced muffins with a simple glaze made with powdered sugar and lemon juice .... but unfortunately it was too late to do a ' other photos:-P
